More Snow Play

Imagine this.... more snow in KC. Surprising I know.

The kids didn't seem to mind though. Andy bundled them up and they headed out to play while I was at work.


Drew's head turned but his hood didn't :)

The swing set even gets action in the middle of winter. I can't wait until it is warm and we can play outside all the time.


This snow was super sticky and was great for snow balls and snowmen.
We definitely need to invest in one of those snow man kits. Our snow man had prune eyes, a creepy sculpted face and is smoking a cheese stick. He also has four lumps instead of three. A little disturbing if you ask me, but no one did.
He also tried on a couple of strange hats until it felt just right.

They made a huge snow ball, beginning at the top of the hill all the way down to the garden.

To... uhh.....

sit on.

Then they decided to turn it into a snow slide. I think it was a little different in reality that in Andy's head, but the kids loved it anyway.

As usual, all was great until it was time to go in.
